By creating an account or using Circle Vouch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Circle Vouch provides a platform for organizations (churches, HOAs, clubs, etc.) to collect and share service provider recommendations among their members.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Reviewing and approving referral submissions for your organization
- Ensuring submitted content complies with these terms
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent referrals
- Use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Content Guidelines
Referrals and testimonials must:
- Be based on genuine experiences with service providers
- Not contain defamatory, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Not include personal information about others without consent
Payment Terms
- Circle Vouch requires a one-time payment of $79
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- There are no recurring fees or subscriptions
- Refunds may be requested within 30 days if you have not used the service
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Circle Vouch a license to display it as part of the service.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
Circle Vouch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- The accuracy or quality of referrals submitted by users
- Interactions between users and service providers
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
